The challenge
Modernise platforms with complex logic and changing requirements while keeping services running and automating work that previously depended on manual effort.
What we built
We began by examining processes and deciding what to change, move or remove. We progressively moved functions to the web, updated CRM/ERP capabilities and built web services for different audiences, custom modules and microservices.
We developed high-load services and automated analytics, dashboards and reports that a team had previously assembled by hand. New features went through implementation, feedback and iteration; the architecture accounted for peak workloads, large data volumes and integrations.

Alexey Drozdov’s contribution
Led projects from discovery and architecture through implementation, combining development with project leadership, working directly with clients and coordinating the team. Continued developing platforms after launch.
Results
Production systems built for demanding workloads and long-term operation.
The architecture allowed new functionality to be added without rebuilding the underlying platform.
