By submitting the form, I freely and voluntarily consent to Individual Entrepreneur Maxim Valeryevich Konstantinov, taxpayer ID 710303363714, processing the personal data I provide.

Data covered

This consent covers my name, company name and team size if provided, email address or Telegram username, task description, IP address, and technical request data needed to protect the form.

Purposes

• reviewing my request and contacting me;
• clarifying the task and preparing an audit, automation, or AI implementation proposal;
• protecting the form and website infrastructure from spam and misuse.

Processing operations and service providers

The controller may collect, record, organize, store, correct, use, disclose to approved processors, restrict, and delete the data by automated and non-automated means.

Vercel cloud hosting and the Telegram messaging service are used to host the website and deliver requests. Their infrastructure may be located outside the Russian Federation.

Duration

This consent remains valid for one year from form submission, or until the processing purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first. The law may require the controller to retain specific records longer.

Withdrawal

Consent may be withdrawn by contacting @maxim_constantin on Telegram. The controller reviews the request within 10 business days. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before the request was received.
